TURN AROUND TIME

• All of our graphic tees are made to order, just for you!
• Please expect a turnaround time of at least 5-10 business days.  However, on occasion, additional time may be needed due to high order volume
• In order to better serve you, some items may be shipped in multiple packages.

SHIPPING POLICY

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  Once an order leaves our warehouse, we lose control over it’s whereabouts and speediness of delivery. If your package appears to be lost/stolen or damaged, please contact USPS or UPS directly.
• We are not responsible for any customs duties or import tax.
• Please double-check your address and be sure it is correct. We cannot replace or refund merchandise shipped to the wrong address or marked as undeliverable. If your item is returned to us and you wish us to resend it, please contact us for a reship invoice.

CANCELLATIONS

• We are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed.  Please be sure your address and sizing selections are correct prior to check out.

– Sweatshirt & Hoodie 50/50 cotton/polyester blend
– Standard fit

Size + Fit:
– Unisex size, tends to be slightly larger than standard women’s sizes.
If you like an oversized look, I recommend upsizing.

Made-To-Order Policy

• All sales on made-to-order items are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

Cancellation Policy

• Only order cancellations/changes within 24 hours of order placement are guaranteed. Once production has begun, cancellations or changes cannot be processed.

Returns & Exchanges

• Change of Mind or Incorrect Item Ordered:
  We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or if the wrong item was ordered. Please double-check all order details before confirming your purchase.
• Size Issues:
  Each product listing includes a detailed size chart to help you select the correct size. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• In the rare event that your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide further instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or return.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued if the item is determined to be defective or incorrect and cannot be replaced. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
